The Issue

I was recently attempting to Patch a SQL Server and it complained that the service SSISTELEMETRY160, was running and stopping it from being able to proceed.

The solution

The service that is responsible for SSISTELEMETRY160 is found in Services and is called..

• SQL Server Integration Services CEIP service 16.0

Stop this service and refresh the check and it will pass the check.
